LACONIUM
Laconium or light Roman heat bath is a ceramic booth with heaters built-in into benches and booth walls in which temperatures, depending on the heating agent, rise to 60°c.
Due to small quantity of steam and mild temperature, it is extremely pleasant for use.
Opposite to, for instance, Finnish sauna, the body is here heated very slowly and many people consider this way to be the most pleasant one. Contentment is often increased with audio and light effects.
TEPIDARIUM
This is another type of much favored baths from Roman times. Tepidarium is a large room equipped with heated benches. The room temperature is similar to that of human body, which makes it extremely comfortable for using. Tepidarium is the only bath in which you can stay for hours taking pleasure in a specially designed lighting and relaxing music.
