SPECIAL ADVENTURE SHOWERS

 Showers are made in various shapes, mostly round or in the spiral shape. They are Equipped with various effects of water, light and aromas. The most common effects are those of tropical and polar rains, in addition to effects of the Atlantic Ocean, tropical storm, icy rain.

ICE BATH

Serves for cooling after sauna sessions. Experienced sauna users practice it regularly. Most simple is the cold water vessel, so called the cold water treatment, followed by faucets filled with ice flakes, or the ice grotto where temperature varies between 12-15°C.  Ice grotto is better known as frigidarium.
